As a role model for women in STEM, what encouragement or advice would you give other women who are still establishing themselves?
Be curious, trust yourself and never be afraid to ask questions. Take responsibility for your results, and make sure to have fun at work.

What excites you most about your work at Teledyne?
I have always loved the interface between people and technology. At Teledyne I have the privilege to work with exceptional people and fantastic technology, creating products that make a true difference for our customers.

Looking back, what career advice would you give yourself from your early days in college or your first job from your current perspective?
Seize the opportunities given to you. You might not know everything at the start but what you don’t know you will learn on the way. Dare to take decisions—it’s better to set a direction, make progress and adjust if needed instead of waiting too long for all data, but balance the risk. And lastly, succeeding requires teamwork!
