Who is the most influential/empowering woman you know? How does she inspire you?
My mother has been most influential and has inspired me. She is a strong, very independent woman who faces loads of challenges in her life, but she is still able to pick herself up and she always put others as priority rather than herself. She would always do her very best to provide for the family. I aspire to be like her where I am always optimistic in resolving whatever challenges that is ahead of me.
Who is someone that empowered you in your youth? How did they empower you?
A former boss inspired me when he saw something in me and offered me an opportunity to train as a professional HR and grow. I still remember his words to me – “Believe in yourself and just do it with your intuition! If it gets wrong, no worries, I’ll be by your side and we will solve this together." This is a trust between us and we are a team!
