Being a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I have never faced any challenges when working for Teledyne and have always been made to feel that I am really part of a team. This is thanks to my supervisor, manager and all the Cleanroom team.

It is no secret that I am a lesbian and we often have conversations in the team around the subject and nobody has ever made an offensive comment towards me.

I am treated in the same way as everyone else. I have left and come back here three times, which shows how much I feel part of a team and that the fact I am a lesbian has no effect on the way people view me.
