Guido became President of the Healthcare Group in 2019, including Teledyne DALSA X-ray (NL), Teledyne e2V RF Power (UK) and Teledyne ETM (USA). Teledyne Healthcare manufactures components and sub-systems solutions in Medical- and Dental- Radiology systems and Cancer Radio Therapy systems. These same technologies are used and provided in many other applications like Non-Destructive Testing, Security, Satellite communications etc.. Previously, Guido was EVP and GM Professional Imaging (X-ray, 2013-2020) and Teledyne ICM (NDT-/Security- systems) in 2015-2018.

In 2022, he added the role of President of the MEMS group. The MEMS group is Teledyne’s market leading MEMS- and Semiconductors- foundry in both Bromont and Edmonton in Canada. The MEMS group manufactures CCD Imaging solutions, MEMS sensors for Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS, Automotive), Immersive AR/VR (gaming systems), Wearable electronics (IoT), Intelligent optical networking (IT) and a large range of sensors for Bio-Medical applications.

Earlier roles included COO of a Philips spin-off, Polymer Vision business unit (flexible O-TFT displays) which later transferred to Wistron Corporation, and Marketing and Sales Director at Philips Imaging. Guido has an extensive history in semiconductor operations, fulfilling roles within Philips Semiconductors BU-Foundries and related Joint Ventures. Guido holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and M.Sc. in Manufacturing Management.
