Duncan Forsythe is Vice President, Taxation and Associate Treasurer. In this role he has global responsibility for tax strategy, compliance, reporting and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Teledyne in 2018, Mr. Forsythe was a partner at KPMG LLP where he was the lead tax partner on large US and foreign based multi-national clients. Mr. Forsythe has a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. ​​​
