Ms. Belak has been Senior Vice President and Controller of Teledyne since February 18, 2025. She was Vice President and Controller from May 2015 and prior to that had been Vice President Risk Assurance since January 2012. Ms. Belak joined the Executive Team from Teledyne Reynolds Group, where she was Group Controller (2010-2011). Previously, she was VP of Finance at Sypris Electronics, LLC.  

Ms. Belak holds an Executive MBA from Claremont Graduate University and a BS/BA from St. Scholastica College, Philippines.​
