Paul DeLaRosa is Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. In this role, he has global accountability for end-to-end global strategic sourcing operations and supply chain systems.

Prior to joining Teledyne in 2019, Paul was a Senior Director at Strategy& (part of the PwC network), a global management consultancy, in the Operations Strategy practice. Much of Paul’s work focused on operations management, including manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic sourcing. He has also worked extensively with private-equity firms in due diligence and transformations of portfolio companies. His industry experience spans Industrials, Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, and Private Equity. Paul has worked across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Paul also worked at Honeywell Aerospace in its Operations Leadership Program and before that, was an Aeronautical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, in their Advanced Development Programs division (i.e., Skunk Works).

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. ​​​​​
