As a role model for women in STEM, what encouragement or advice would you give other women who are still establishing themselves?
Keep learning and be passionate about educating yourself. Gain practical experience by doing projects, builds and prototypes. ‘Engineer’ your own way to challenges and adventures.

What excites you most about your work at Teledyne?
I love working with my group. I always get inspired and help from my surroundings. I also extend the support to others. The collaborative atmosphere allows me to develop and grow.

Looking back, what career advice would you give yourself from your early days in college or your first job from your current perspective?
Stay curious and be persistent and focused on the work you’re doing at the moment. Embrace change. There will be a lot of changes in your life and throughout your career. Just keep moving forward.
