As a role model for women in STEM, what encouragement or advice would you give other women who are still establishing themselves?
Become a technical expert in your field by asking questions and reading technical resources. Take thorough notes, even if the concepts are hard to understand at the time. The notes serve as an invaluable reference as your understanding grows over time.

What excites you most about your work at Teledyne?
It’s truly inspiring when a team unites to tackle a challenge. It’s amazing to see the distinctiveness and value in each person’s input, and to understand that it’s the fusion of these diverse skills that enables us to succeed.

Looking back, what career advice would you give yourself from your early days in college or your first job from your current perspective?
Believe in yourself, even in the face of setbacks or challenges.
