Teledyne Names Sue Main Vice President and Controller

LOS ANGELES - March 26, 2004 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) today announced that Sue Main has joined the Company as vice president and controller effective March 29, 2004.

Main brings to Teledyne 23 years of financial management experience spanning several industry sectors. Prior to joining Teledyne, she served as vice president controller of Water Pik Technologies, Inc. She has also held numerous financial roles at the former Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated in its government, industrial and commercial segments. Earlier in her career she held financial and auditing roles at the former Hughes Aircraft Company.
