Teledyne Brown Taps Former Naval Captain For Vice President

Teledyne Brown Names 2006 Class of Fellows

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (December 14, 2005)- Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. (TBE) today added two new names, Charles Ray Mitchell, Ph.D., and Walter M. Teledyne Brown Develops First Armored Multi-Purpose Troop Carrier System

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (October 3, 2005)- Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. has developed, built and tested an armored troop carrier system, the Multipurpose Troop Transport Carrier System (MTTCS), which is designed to protect soldiers from small arms fire and most fragments from Improvised Explosive Devises (IEDs). LOS ANGELES - September 21, 2005 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that Teledyne Electronic Safety Products has been awarded a contract by Goodrich Corporation's (NYSE:GR) Aircraft Interior Products division, in Phoenix, AZ.. The contract is to supply ejection seat Digital Recovery Sequencers (DRS) over the next five years based on yearly quantity releases from the U.S. Air Force in support of F-22, F-15, F-16, F-117, A-10, B-1B, and B-2 aircraft. Teledyne Technologies Reports Fourth Quarter Results

LOS ANGELES - January 27, 2005 - Teledyne Technologies today reported fourth quarter 2004 sales of $288.1 million, compared with sales of $222.4 million for the same period in 2003. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2004 was $13.4 million ($0.39 per diluted share), compared with net income of $7.8 million ($0.24 per diluted share) in the fourth quarter of 2003. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2004 included pretax pension expense of $2.1 million ($1.6 million after recovery from certain government contracts), compared with pretax pension expense of $1.8 million for the same period of 2003.
