Teledyne Technologies Reports Third Quarter Earnings

LOS ANGELES - October 26, 2000 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) today reported third quarter 2000 sales from continuing operations of $201.1 million, compared with sales of $195.0 million from continuing operations for the same period in 1999. Net income from continuing operations was $9.7 million ($0.32 per diluted share) for the third quarter of 2000, compared with pro forma net income from continuing operations of $11.0 million ($0.40 per diluted share) for the third quarter of 1999.
