Personnel and Compensation Committee

Chaired by Charles Crocker, the Personnel and Compensation Committee's principle responsibilities include making recommendations to the Board concerning compensation and benefits for employees and general executive management organization matters, policy matters relating to employee benefits and employee benefit plans and administering Teledyne's formal incentive compensation plan.
